HeltiQ Wart Freezer allows you to treat common hand and foot warts quickly and easily. The active substance used in Wartfreezer is based on the effective freezing method used by doctors. This treatment is known as cryotherapy. The dispenser cap has been specially designed so that it protects healthy skin during the treatment process. This means the wart can be precisely targeted. The freezing process is gradual and will reach the core in just 10 seconds! The gradual freezing process makes the treatment less painful than regular freezing methods. This is ideal, for example, when treating small children.

Warts are hard, callous-like benign growths on the skin which can have a ‘cauliflower’ appearance. Warts tend to frequently occur on the hands and feet and vary in size from 3 to 6 mm. There are different types of warts. Hand and foot warts are the most common ones. In addition to hand and foot warts, there are also water warts, skin tags and genital warts.

Treatment method for hand and foot warts

WartFreezer can be used straight away. You do not have to assemble it before use. Never remove the plastic cap from the aerosol dispenser.

Determine the size of the wart you are going to treat using the figure included in the instructions.
 
Move the wart into an upright position and place the cap over the wart. Please make sure the edges of the cap meet the skin.
 

Hold the cap in place using your fingers and activate the dispenser by pressing it firmly 3 to 5 times (depending on the size of the wart) in succession. Leave the applicator on the wart for 10 seconds. Remove the applicator after 10 seconds.

 
Please clean the cap's opening once finished using the cleaning cloth provided. You can apply one of the plasters provided when treating raised and/or extremely sensitive warts for protection.
 

After treatment

You might experience slight pain or some tingling during or just after treatment. This sensation will gradually disappear. You may also develop a blister following treatment. Please do not pierce it. Blisters are usually a sign that treatment has been successful. We also recommend you leave the water warts alone following treatment and also that you keep the area clean. You can wash your hands and feet as usual, swim and shower following treatment.
